Systems MEA (Techvista) concluded another successful edition of Disrupt 2023 this month, in in Qatar.

Systems MEA (Techvista) concluded another successful edition of Disrupt 2023 this month, in in Qatar.. It was a customer-focused Roundtable Session hosted at Radisson Blu Hotel in Doha.  

The session was dedicated to the potential of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) stack focused on the customer service module, and integration with Microsoft Power Platform. The event was graced by the presence of experienced professionals from Microsoft, and business leaders representing Qatar’s public and private sector.  

Ali Jawad, Head of Growth for Business Applications for Qatar and International Marketing, opened the session with an introduction of the agenda and gave an overview of Systems capabilities when it comes to Business Applications. A keynote speech was delivered by Karim Talhouk – Executive Director of Enterprise Cloud Solutions at Microsoft. Mr Talhouk provided a comprehensive overview of Microsoft’s vision when it comes to business applications and their goals for the business landscape in the region. 

Followed by Karim’s keynote speech, Muhammad Mustajab – AVP CRM at Systems, shared an in-depth technical review of Microsoft Dynamics 365. During his speech, Mustajab shared his thoughts on the prospects of D365 CRM, which can help businesses go the extra mile in building laudable and sustained relationships with their customer base. There were some interesting use cases from various verticals and their implementation demo was shown using Power Platform.  

The demo encompassed the nitty gritty of D365’s customer service aspects as well as the extent to which it can strengthen the business intelligence prowess of an enterprise when integrated with the Power Platform. 

The session was concluded with an interactive questions and answer session, where the audience inquired about the demonstration on Power platform and other use cases as per their business needs. There were questions regarding Microsoft Copilot and its impact on businesses. 

Disrupt Qatar headed to its successful culmination with the closing remarks from Ali Jawad Khalid, Head of Growth for Business Application, highlighting the future with Microsoft platforms for businesses as well as in our everyday life.
