Systems MEA successfully launched the inaugural Disrupt – Oman edition

The first edition of Disrupt, organized by Systems MEA in partnership with Microsoft in the MEA region, came to a triumphant conclusion on Wednesday afternoon in Muscat, Oman. Prominent clients of banks and business leaders participated in a roundtable discussion that was customer focused.
The keynote address was given by the honourable Sheikh Saif Hilal Al Hosni, GM of Microsoft Oman, Bahrain, & Pakistan, after the opening ceremony and welcome message. The speaker talked about how banks must quickly transition to the digital age if they want to remain relevant in the modern world.

Saif continued to speak highly of Microsoft's powerful suite, saying, "As a reaction to the increasing demand for digital revolution spanning businesses and to elevate industries upward, we have developed offerings, which can speed up innovation to achieve long-term value."
Muhammad Irfan, the business development manager for Systems MEA's MEA area, spoke on Microsoft Dynamics 365's potential and how it might affect front- and back-end banking operations. The capabilities of Azure, Open AI, and Power Platform were also showcased. Irfan discussed how banks may create a vibrant ecosystem using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 stack and its integrations with additional power packs.
Through Dynamics 365, banks will be able to have a totally integrated system for making informed decisions.
Irfan commented on Dynamics 365's capabilities, saying that "Banks can fully utilize the system in place that supports cross-channel marketing, acquiring clients, assistance, back-office digitization, data analysis for valuable decision-making, and AI/ML alongside integrations to come."
Our general manager, Khurram Majeed, also attended the roundtable discussion and emphasized the company's long-term goals for the banking sector clients.
