Our client was looking for a solution to streamline its sales and customer service operations across its business units. Techvista leveraged Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service with an integration of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and developed a unique global CRM for the client with the following additional components: sales, customer service, and marketing applications available to the business team.
With the objective to augment the access of CRM across all our client’s business units in FY-22, a team consisting of CRM professionals has been assigned the tasks to conduct rollouts and implementation measures to provide complete support to all the untapped facilities of our customers.
